This is the message of faith that we proclaim

 “But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Rom. 10:8-9 NIV)

Faith comes from hearing the Word

“Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.” (Rom. 10:17 NIV)

Not everyone has faith

“And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil people, for not everyone has faith.” (2 Thess. 3:2 NIV)

Don’t quarrel with those with weak faith

“Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters.” (Rom. 24:1 NIV)

Put on faith and love as a breastplate

“But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.” (2 Thess. 5:8 NIV)
