Praise God and remember seven benefits

“Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits— who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” (Psalm 103:1-5 NIV)

Seven Benefits listed in the above passage to remember and praise God for

1. He forgives all your sins (v3)

2. He heals all your diseases (v3)

3. He redeems your life from the pit (v4)

4. He crowns you with love (v4)

5. He crowns you with compassion (v4)

6. He  satisfies your desires with good things (v5)

7. He renews your youth like the eagle’s (v5)
