Part 2 – Personalizing the promises of God
All the promises of God are “yes and amen” (2 Cor 1:20)
I possess the presence of God continually. I confess, "He will never leave me nor forsake me"
“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you never will I forsake you.” So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” Heb. 13:5-6 NIV)
I possess redemption. I confess, "I am the redeemed of the Lord"
“Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the adversary.” (Ps. 107:2 NASB)
I possess yoke ending results by His anointing. I confess "the anointing of the Holy One remains in me"
“As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit--just as it has taught you, remain in him. (1 Jn. 2: 27 NIV)
“In that day the LORD will end the bondage of his people. He will break the yoke of slavery and lift it from their shoulders.” (Is. 10:27 NLT)
I possess authority over demonic forces. I confess, "in the name of Jesus I can cast out demons."
“These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name…” (Mk. 16:17 NLT)
I possess positive healings for the sick. I confess, "I lay my hands on the sick and they will be healed."
“…They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.” (Mk. 16:18 NLT)
