When pressing towards the Goal

“I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 3:14 ESV)

Goal: the result or achievement toward which effort is directed; aim, ambition, aspiration, design, dream, plan, purpose, target.

Diligently plan

“The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.” (Prov. 21:5 ESV)

Prepare your work

“Prepare your work outside; get everything ready for yourself in the field, and after that build your house.” (Prov. 24:27 ESV)

Finish it

“So now finish doing it as well, so that your readiness in desiring it may be matched by your completing it out of what you have.” (2 Cor. 8:11 ESV)

Therefore…
