God has prepared a place for you!

“In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also” (John 14:2-3)

Jesus promises that there is a place prepared for us in heaven. And though He said we will experience some troubles while living here (John 16:33), they are temporary.

Therefore 

We are co-heirs with Jesus and will receive an inheritance in heaven in him for eternity. Live for him today, so that you can live with him forever.

“The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.” (Romans 8:16-17)
