• You are God’s created masterpiece

• God knows the number of hairs on your head

“But even the hairs of your head are all numbered.” (Matt. 10:30 ESV)

• God loves you

“But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Rom 5:8 ESV)

“See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.” (1 John 3:1 ESV)

• You are valuable to Him

“Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” (Matt. 19:31 ESV)

Therefore

God’s has good plans for you.

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.” (Jer. 29:11-13 ESV)
